About the role

As National Head, you will provide strategic, cultural, and operational leadership across the National School of Education’s Fremantle and Sydney campuses, driving innovation and excellence in teacher education and research. You will foster a culture of collegiality and collaboration and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the Catholic, government, and Independent school sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of a comprehensive suite of new national programs from at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, maintaining the National School's emphasis on practical experience, fostering a vibrant research culture, and overseeing financial management, including budget development, resource allocation, and revenue-raising initiatives.
